Presentations - 2022 Dates are not available at present
If you wish to present at FODES 2021 and have your abstract published in the symposium ebook of abstracts:
a) Submit your abstract (Summary 250-300 words) by 30 August, 2021 HERE.
Each abstract will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification on whether the abstract has been accepted will be sent soon after receipt of the abstract and by 15 September 2021 the latest.
b) Once the abstract is approved, authors must submit the corrected abstract by 30th September, 2021 to email@example.com
Please consult the Abstract Preparation Guidelines before you prepare your abstract. The guidelines can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format HERE. Abstracts need to be submitted as a WORD document by 11 October to firstname.lastname@example.org
Abstracts received after the deadline will not be included in the book of abstracts. The Editor of the book of abstracts might need to contact you directly should further revisions be required before publication.
Presentations need to be submitted as a pdf document by 11 October, 2021 to email@example.com. Presentations will take place virtually on Blackboard Collaborate. Presenters will receive an email link 2 days before the symposium. A Blackboard Collaborate Orientation presentation will take place for Presenters on 11 October, 2021 at 10h00 GMT+2 to explain the basic navigation of the platform.

We would also like to invite you to submit proposals for workshops to be run during the symposium. Workshops will be 1 - 2 hours long and should be designed to achieve a high level of audience participation. We encourage team facilitation and interdisciplinary approaches. Topics may range from theory to issues related to application of concepts and tools used to develop Fully Online Distance Education content.
Your workshop proposal must include:
● title of session
● names of facilitators
● workshop objectives
● a brief (150 words) outline
● optimum number of participants
● special equipment or material needed by the attendees
Proposals for the workshop must be received by 30 August, 2021. Fill in the form HERE. The Symposium is held in a virtual mode, virtual collaboration spaces will be used. All online sessions will be recorded and made available at the conference website for free.
